I use to think that just going to the gym and going through the motions, using work out equipment and putting in time is all that I needed to do, in order to keep in shape. I was so wrong. Using the equipment effectively with a personal trainer has made all the difference.Claire has provided an incredible amount of insight as to how to properly use the equipment and tweak workout programs, so I gain the most benefit from them. Having someone guide you through each exercise and support you when you need it, makes all the difference. Claire has effectively helped me with nutrition, strength training and assistance with any muscle strains or injuries I have endured.
I am in my early 60’s and I feel healthy and strong and I owe a lot of that to Claire. By having a personal trainer, you build a relationship which allows you to reach your goals and achieve a healthy mind and body.

As a mom, she understands the importance of balancing life's responsibilities while doing your best, to feel your best. She works closely with you, at your own pace, and offers creative and effective strategies to help you build and maintain your fitness goals.
In her spare time, she enjoys engaging in boxing, going for long walks, and exploring her creativity by crafting fun and healthy recipes.
